As the CEO and Rainmaker of Wilson & Co Realty Group, I’ve had the incredible honor of helping over 300 families achieve their real estate goals—whether they’re buying their first home, investing, or upgrading to luxury living. Since launching my career in 2018, real estate has been more than a profession for me—it’s been a calling rooted in faith, service, and a deep love for people.
Serving the Greater Charlotte area, I lead a top-producing team with a commitment to excellence, integrity, and impact. Along the way, I’ve been humbled to receive recognition including Canopy MLS Rookie of the Year, NC Realtors Rising Star, multiple Cultural Icon awards at KW Ballantyne, and being named among NAHREP’s Top 250 Latino Agents in the U.S. in both 2022 and 2024. I also rank among the Top 500 agents in the Canopy MLS—accomplishments I credit to God’s grace and the incredible clients and team I get to serve alongside.
My mission extends far beyond real estate. I’m passionate about making a difference in the Kingdom of God, whether it’s through giving back locally, supporting global missions, or simply showing up for my clients with heart and purpose.
